The die cast housing provides a stable platform for the mounting barrel and eyepiece holder. The eyepiece holder is machined from aluminum and is black anodized for a durable finish. The 2" barrel and the 1.25" adapterThe mounting barrel is machined from aluminum and has an integral threaded adapter ring. This diagonal accepts 1.25" and 2.0" eyepieces and fits a 2.0" focuser.
