Ordering Information
Ordering products from MTG Products is easy.
You may order on-line or mail your order to us.
FOR ON-LINE Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover/Novus ORDERS
Shop on-line
Select "View Cart/Checkout" button at the end of the list of product items to go to the checkout page.
Select the "Secure online credit card payment" button.
Select "Go to checkout" on the shopping cart page.
Enter your personal information. Please note that we will never sell your personal information.
Select your shipping options.
Pay by using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Select "Continue" to go to the "Review Your Order" page.
Select "Submit Order" after reviewing your order.
You will receive a confirmation of your order and your order will be processed.
FOR ON-LINE Paypal ORDERS
Shop on-line
Select "View Cart/Checkout" button at the end of the list of product items to go to the checkout page.
Select the "Secure online credit card payment" button.
Select "Go to checkout" on the shopping cart page.

Select your shipping options.
Select "Continue" to go to the "Review Your Order" page.
Select "Continue" after reviewing your order to go to the PayPal payment page.
Verify that the email is your PayPal email account and enter your PayPal password.
Select "Continue"
Verify the payment information and select "Submit"
You will receive a confirmation of your order and your order will be processed.
FOR Mail In ORDERS
Shop on-line
Select "View Cart/Checkout" button at the end of the list of product items to go to the checkout page.
Select the "Print Order Form and pay by Mail" button.
Select "Go to checkout" on the shopping cart page.
Enter your personal information. Please note that we will never sell your personal information.
Select your shipping options.
Select "Continue" to go to the "Review Your Order" page.
Select "Continue" after reviewing your order Select "Print This Page" at the bottom of the page.
On the order form, enter your credit card information or enclose a check or money order payable to MTG Products, LLC.

Payment must be enclosed with your order. We accept cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks, however, your order will be held until your personal check clears.
PRICES SHOWN
The cost shown on the price list is the product only. Shipping & handling cost will be calculated upon check-out. For international orders, taxes and levies, if any, are not included in the price. It is against our policy to undervalue the price
of our product to avoid taxes at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
CURRENCY
Prices are in US Dollars.
SHIPPING
For all domestic and international orders, please use the Shopping Cart system to Calculate your Shipping Cost. When deciding what items you will be purchasing simply add them to your cart. When you have finished shopping just follow the instructions to checkout.
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, or by ground freight. We reserve the right to ship your order via UPS if your order exceeds USPS requirements for size and weight.
In general, your order will be processed within two business days. We ship Monday through Friday.
International Shipping. Please DO NOT select "Surface (Economy)" shipping for your order. Surface shipments take over 4 months to arrive. This causes great concern for the customer who is waiting for their order to arrive.
PERSONAL ORDERING INFORMATION
MTG Products, LLC will not disclose customer personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of MTG Products, LLC, our customers, or others, or where MTG Products, LLC has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We welcome your business!
Use the online ordering system. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated for your country, however, if the calculation is significantly below the actual shipping cost, you will be notified via email of the charges before your order is shipped.
International Orders can be paid with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover/Novus credit card. Mail-in orders must be made payable in U.S. Funds drawn on a U.S. Bank or with an International Postal Money Order. Electronic transfers will cost an additional $10.00 US for your order to cover the bank handling fee.

Policies
ORDERING POLICY
An order is considered active once you click on the "submit button" on the check out page.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All refund or exchange claims must be made within 10 upon receipt of your order (US only), international sales are final. If you need to contact us regarding your order please provide your 4 digit invoice number. A 10% charge is applied to all orders that are cancelled or returned, damaged goods will be replaced at no charge. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
