ORDERING POLICY
Once you click on the "submit button" on the check out page, the order has been placed.

REFUND/RETURN/ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund or exchange claims must be made within 10 days upon receipt of your order (US only), international sales are final. A 10% charge is applied to all orders that are cancelled or returned. Damaged goods will be replaced at no charge. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
MTG Products, LLC will not disclose customer personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of MTG Products, LLC, our customers, or others, or where MTG Products, LLC has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
